service provider needs to be able to load this shipment,That information was not communicated to service provider, even when asked shipper said they would load me. I showed up and could not be loaded. Time was wasted, fuel was wasted.

The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
We had a driver at the location for the first pick up but the item would not start. We then scheduled a second truck to arrange pick up but were told that we needed a lowboy trailer because the deck height was only 27". We made two attempts to pick up this item and did not have any luck from the customer on picking up.
