Although on the day of pickup I had a difficult time talking to ANYONE from their company, their service was quick and on time as promised. Also, if I am putting my dog (family member) in a stranger's car, I (and others) would like some paperwork or something in return - the driver's first name wasn't enough to make me feel comfortable. I would use their service again now that I know they aren't stealing my pet! Thanks!

had some trouble with agression with this dog, but we were people the dog did not know. Once the dog was mussled we had a good trip.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I haven't been able to contact this provider after multiple attempts. The should have picked up my unit last week and I am starting to feel really uncomfortable with this shipper due to their lack of communication. I would like to cancle my shipment with them and use a different shipper. Thank you

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider They wanted me to pay with a Walmart green card, and said they weren't setup for credit cards. She said she was going to get me instructions for a paypal account and haven't heard back from her. Also the provider didn't state they had insurance for towing vehicles.

I sent an email from paypal we do a lot of business with people from canada and the easiest way to get the deposit from them is thru western union or money gram I am sorry if you did not feel comfortable good luck in shipping

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I am uneasy about using this shipper. The phone number provided reaches an answering machine that greets then says that a message may not be left. I tried multiple times to reach someone at this number with no sucess. I emailed to the address provided with no sucess either. I can not find this person in white pages, BBB ect. I do not wish to give a high value cargo to an outfit that provides so little confidence.

Due to a problem with uship we are unable to update our profile and we recently change to business lines. As to not getting ahold of us we have never recieved an email and we reposnded everytime we were contact on uship. The customer chose to change the shipment after the bid was accepted, and the white pages we are a new company and inform every customer of that on our profile. I apologize if you feel that we were not accomdating and wish you luck.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to the incoming Hurricane Irene, service provider would not pick up unit until one week later. I need this unit ASAP and decided to use another service provider who could pick it up immediately.
