Fantastic provider!! This was my first UShip so I admit being nervous. But--not to worry, Ron went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. He treated my classic like his baby and then even broke sweat pushing her uphill into my garage. I would not recommend as a mover but possibly as a shipper. I was not the best client that is why I'm not listing this as negative. I did not list all items like I had done on the 1st listing and that was my fault. They arrived on time and MOVED ONLY WHAT WAS LISTED. If you want a MOVER call a MOVER, save yourself the aggravation! At first they said they would position the furniture after they got it in the house then they said that was not part of the deal. AGAIN CALL A MOVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

i got my car on time as promised...being a first time uship user i did not know i was suppose to pay cash when my car was delivered. mr ron was understanding enough we both drove to the bank to get money from the ATM...a very respectable man...

Ron contacted me with the best possible offer for shipping my vehicle. He was cordial and willing to go the extra mile, even when we had unforseen issues come up at the vehicle pick-up site. I was at the receiving end, so he had to make decisions and contact people at the pick-up location to ensure the vehicle was better prepared and ready to go. He arrived at my location within 36 hours; I couldn't have asked for a better carrier! Definately recommended and I will use again in the future!

Our experience with Ron has been an amazing one! He went above and beyond what was expected! His bid was low and his quality of service was very high! He picked up our things from California and stored them in Texas until we arrived. Ron kept in constant communication with us through-out the process.
