A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Apparently,I was too late whenn accepting the bid offer,and shipper has already left out,at 10-11 am and I didnt get the bid paid for until 12:10pm this was last friday,I tried canceling the bid once already,and I guess it didnt go through,obviously,now its too late for me too get the other shipper because the cancellation didnt go through,the first time I acceppted a bid offer,the shipper canceled,I am just about done with UShip

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried numerous times to contact this idiot over the past several weeks. He will not return my calls or emails and his listed number was not even his number. Do NOT use him.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Accepted provider bid and was advised that they would pick up my boat between 3/2/10 and 3/6/10. I recieved shipping documents with a request for 50% deposit. I provided requested deposit. Contacted provider to determine actual pickup date and was told that they had a medical situation that would delay their departure approximately 1 - 2 days. Did not hear from the provider for a week. Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I called osbornetsport the same day i accepted the bid. he stated that he was on the road and would call me back later to schedule. he nver called me back i called him back he then told me again that he would call me back. i called him to see where was my shipment and he said he could't get ahold of the seller i then called the seller and he answered. the delivery person stated that he called me and my phone was disconnected that's not true. he told me today that he could schedule something Response from osbornetransport: we had a truck waiting in Salt Lake City for 10 hours and we tried several times to call all numbers on uship that the shipper had listed and no one ever called us back. Once we were almost to St Louis she called and wanted me to then pickup. I told her that we could schedule something on the next trip in a couple of weeks but she had to have it right then

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider made numerous promises, each of which expired. I have written emails, placed calls, to no avail.
When I booked the shipment, the service provider indicated that his truck was headed west and would pick up my shipment on the way back east. Then, the owner could not accommodate because he had the flu. Then, the truck was stuck over the Rocky mountains due to snow. Then, the truck was a the Ford shop waiting for parts. Then the owner was going to dispatch another truck Response from osbornetransport: We explained to the gentleman that we were on our way to pick up his manure spreader. We did have truck trouble and we got everything fixed and made our delivery in Seattle two days late but we made it. The gentleman did not want to wait for two extra days of transport. We are very sorry but things do happen to everyone. And we do make everything right in one way or another.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Upon inspection of my trailer, I found a broken spring that I need to get fixed before it can be shipped. Kyle was very understanding and I would use him again. Response from osbornetransport: This gentleman was right on to of the game. Once he accepted our bid we dispatched a truck within 24hrs. Just as the truck was leaving our shop he called and asked how much trouble it would be if the trailer was not towable. We both decided that we would have to wait until he got the trailer fixed to have it delivered.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We have communicated but provider has never shown up to pick up item, I received notice from the seller that if the item was not picked up my June 1 He would resell the item and I would lose my purchase price Response from osbornetransport: The first time that we had a truck in the area to pickup the seller was out of town. We then rescheduled it for pickup 3 more times and there was always an excuse on why we couldnt pickup. I think that it was a trick on the buyers part because the gentleman selling it probably didnt even have it.
