well,as carrier/broker.we are at the mercy of the shipper,the shipper calls the shot.he/she request for cancellation without a 2nd thought.we have already dispatched a driver,when shipper called;that he no longer require shipping.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Main phone number was not in service. Calls were not returned within specified manner. Shipper/Broker contract does not state name of company nor does it have any company information on the contract... nor does it list if it is bonded. I do not feel comfortable persuing the shipment with this company.

while we are trying to ship his cargo,shipper chose cancellation without any consultation with us.we would have effectly carried his shipment,at the same time provide him the necessary papers that might enhance his confidence.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
This provider doesn't seem to know what to do about getting the right contract out or anything. They sent me a contract saying that I would guarantee them at least one shipment a week. This is a one time shipment. Communications are very iffy. I do not trust this situation. I did a credit check on them, they have only been in business, or at least this business less than a month.

the problem with most shipper is that they will never tell you that they are paying storage at pick up location.this puts pressure on them and they want to transfer the pressure on us,we dont mind,but,they should be fair when it comes to timing.the shipper, Alex,was hasty.

Everything went well, good follow up and communication. I was a little disappointed with the delivery time frame but being the weekend & the weather im sure that played a factor. Overall it was a positive experience the car was delivered with no scratches or damage at all.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
I had tried several times to contact them. they never returned calls. I am paying fees for everyday the vehicle is there in which I had explained to them in my initial phone call on Friday February 8 2008. I was reassured it would be done quickly and the paper work would be sent to me first thing in the morning. I called at noon on the Monday and he was unavailable. The paper work was received late that night and I had questions about the papers and tried to contact them to which i have heard no

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The service provider thought a 35`boat on a trailer with a total width of 9` and lenght of
43`could be in a 40`container.
I know my listing says total lenght 40`
but later I mailed him the new lenght of 43`
The listing also tells that it is on a trailer.
Anyway the total width of 9`on this triaxel
trailer could never fit in a container.
