The goods arrived fine. John is the 1st broker I've used on uship. While he was professional and my item did arrive at its destination ...I much prefer an owner/operator for a more intimate transaction. I like having direct contact with the person who is hauling my item. I also enjoy having payment options like C-O-D, Paypal, check, Visa over the phone etc etc etc. With a broker, you do not get any of that.
