Welcome to Open Road Transport. I have been employed in the transportation and construction industries since 1972. I currently hold a valid CDL-A license with an excellent safety record. My work experience includes the movement and operation of heavy equipment, 6+ years as a transporter of automobiles, a 4 year stint as an owner-operator and numerous years as a common freight hauler. I am also an avid motorcyclist. I currently run a 2007 Dodge/Cummins dually with air ride pulling a 2008 Continental 44 ft. 5th wheel trailer with a combined GVW of 30,000 lbs. I am primarily interested in the transport of motor vehicles and motorcycles, but I am also equipped for bumper pull units, RV or marine. With over 35 years in this industry, my primary focus has always been the safe and expedient movement of the given commodity and the satisfaction of the paying customer.
