I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have tried many times to reach ontimelogistics aka Sierra Transport aka Millicent by phone (6+ messages) or email (2 messages) WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE.
I t is unacceptable to have as many calls and messages and requests to communicate ignored and unanswered.
I found out through a 3rd party that my transport was listed on the National Load Board for $750 which would most likely never get it moved.
Independant from that I had to make other arrangements since I was on a deadline.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The Service provider has absolutely no sense of communication. After arrangements have been made and confirmed to pick up the car, they came up with an excuse that the truck broke down. They do not answer my phone calls, and when they say they will call me back, they dont. I lost train ticket money, as well as paid extra storage for this inconveneince

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I emailed the provider 3 days ago and have called both numbers listed, several times. This provider has not contacted me and I need to make arrangements to ship this car since my daughter needs it as of last week.

Bid accepted 6/13,Millicent says car pick up 3-4 days.Picked up on 6/25, 8 days late.Arrives on 6/28,watch in disbelief driver hits parked car w/my car still on the trailer,both car damaged and hanging halfway off trailer.Call Millicent at Sierra Transport(ontimelogistics)no apologeties,wants me to pay for a tow truck.REFUSED.Call Millicent next day,she demands payment for delivery that never occurred,threatens to charge storage fee if I dont pay more $Talk w/Mgr Kevin,worked out w/him.Bad Expnc
