This was the first time I have purchased a car over the internet. I was located in Ohio and needed to be shipped to Los Angeles, CA one week before Christmas. The bid from on time logistics was in the middle of the price range, but I was encouraged by the feedback. I understand that shipping times cannot be completely predicted or controlled due to external circumstances. But they were outstanding on all counts. Their communication was outstanding. The car arrived in 8 days. Thank you Mario.

I accepted the bid in good faith. Didn't receive all the information necessary to make it happen. Have also discovered after booking that this is another logistics provider who was "double brokering" the load. I respectfully choose to deal directly with the actual customers needing reliable and experienced transportation services that I provide.

I am not really comfortable with someone "double brokering" the freight. The amount of information I received from this customer was rather limited. I respectfully decline to handle this shipment. Would have appreciated knowing that this was the situation from the beginning.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The shipper stated that the truck would be picked up with in one week of the bid acceptance. Shipper then said truck broke down and would be back up by next week. After the next deadline past I was told that they would call me back to let me know when the vehicle would be picked up. After 5 days of no t answering the phone the shipper stated that they would have to cancell. This tied up my vehicle for 1 month, and now I have to relist. Very poor way to do business!

They are not able to provide me a time frame in which they can pick up my item and deliver it. I have been waiting on them for over a month. They continue to change dates on me. After calling them and explaining to them that the person I purchased the car from, can no longer wait and that I also need it home, they agreed it would be best if I cancel.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I very clearly stated in my listing that the car was to be picked up by December 30th or fees would incur at $25 per day. I further e-mailed Milly at On Time Logistics before accepting bid and she responded with "We will get it taken care of no later than December 31th" Not only did they not get it taken care of but they never called to let me know and caused over $200 of storage fees at the pickup location. Now two weeks later I just get an e-mail cancellation. No Call, no offer to pay

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have no complaints with this provider. They seem professional. However, the provider was supposed to pick up the car yesterday. Due to some miscommunication that did not happen. Could not pick up today either. Now it is up in the air as to when they will be able to leave for Richmond with our car. We cannot wait any longer and are going to find someone who can give us the definitive date that we need. Thank you
