The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
NEGATIVE! PLEASE READ.After shipper did not p/up OR deliver on agreed time period,with no contact on original $570 agreement, I reposted. Shipper again placed a $1500 bid on the SAME haul he did not show up for. So I accepted his bid so we could TALK. He said Shaun was handling and could not give me any reason for their error. He then agreed to haul for $400 but I felt I couldn't risk that a second time. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
This co will NEVER answer their phone and seemed to be too busy doing other things for a timely reply. At bid time they were responsive, overplayed the chance of shipping this week, missed that - and now I am not about to struggle another week trying to reach them. They did promise me it would ship next week, but this lack of communication and avoidance, leads to huge mistrust. I wish them the best.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
After sending several e-mails and making 2 phone calls on 2 different numbers I still can't get any responce as to when one2another movers could ship my items. They seem to be confused about the bid. They don't seem to want to comunicate.

Car arrived to it's destination...it just took a week longer than I was told. But the car made it there fine.

The pick-up wasn't scheduled as required, per my instructions.
The drop-off was overdue by 10 days, with the excuse that they LOST the ship to address??!! (they had 2 copies)
My phone calls (5) and my customers phone calls (4) went unanswered for more than a week.
I was given a $50 credit off of my payment balance due, but my customers peace of mind is worth, much more than that amount.
The service is lousy and I will personally never use them, or recommend them under any circumstances.

Response from one2anothermovers: we admit we are not perfect.. but when you dont give us the information for delivery and you dont give your customer our info that makes it hard to meet up... are we suppose to find each other in the wind..customer never called us because he said you never gave him our info either.. we had to talk to your son 4 or 5 times before we got the contact info.. you planed this to get it shiped for free or leave us a bad feedback..you got your bad feedback..still have listing to prove no info was gave.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Service providers like these have discouraged me to even continue working through Uship.
After numerous email and attempts to reach them via phone, I have not recieved a reponse. They wrote me an email saying they would pick it up on Wesnesday(April 30th 08). I gave them time until this weekend (May 3rd 08)and they are yet to show up respond to my request.They do not have a website for a customer to look them up/contact them even. Very unproffesional would never work with them again

Delivery promised by a certain date, once the date came and pass I was still unable to reach the shipping company. Very unprofessional, and very poor communication.

A bit of a delay in receiving the items but other than that, very willing to work with our schedule, communication was great and overall things went well. I would hire them again when needed.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Was supposed to pick up the shipment on 4/28 at 7 AM and never showed up. I have left over 15 messages in an attempt to contact them and have never received a response. I feel my only recourse is to cancel the shipment.

Response from one2anothermovers: there was nothing at all with this move and we could have made the move for customer.. but customer wanted this loaded at 7am and delivered before 3pm on a friday.. it was a 8 hr drive in between the pickup and the drop off... that left no room for error in delivery.. bad traffic or slow traffic.. and if we made it to drop off after 3pm on friday we would have to wait till monday to unload.. on a 300 dollar shipment.. we will do if we can pick up one day and deliver the next day..thanks..
