The move itself went really well. They were really helpful and got moved everything perfectly. My furniture came with no problems. The only thing I can complain about is communication. I played phone tag alot and also pick and delivery didn't go as scheduled.

very rarely do i speak negatively about..anything.but this shipper is BAD NEWS.i tried to contact thru at least a dozen emails and no less than 50 calls,WITH NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE,not one.he left me hanging,which left my cutomers hanging.what a horrible feeling.i'm not sure how they wil explain away this one(they seem to have an answer for everything). a week earlier everything was a go for friday pick ups,(three bikes,Two of them off the books USHIP),then....nothing..and nothing since.STAY AWAY

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
They didn't pick up as promised. They didn't call me. They didn't call either of the parties that sold me the equipment. They didn't answer my calls or respond to my deperate voice mails. They didn't return my numerous emails.
I'm sympathetic about the disabled truck - I am NOT sympathetic with ZERO communication. From a customer service standpoint, these guys are TERRIBLE. No clue as to how customers should be treated. I agree with the comment below - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! BEWARE!!!

Response from one2anothermovers: he wrote zero communication.. we have alot of email from us to him and from him in some strong detailed messages.. we showed up already once and items were at different location.. we have email to prove that.. was changed from 2 pick ups to 3 picks.. we have email to prove that.. we have prove from seller and buyer we were there already and we have prove we have been talking to seller and buyer.. why make that up.. just say you want to cancel because you need to make some changes.
