Total nightmare!! Took forever to pick up the car. Lied about trying to pick it up. Kept the car in Cincinnati for weeks, with no communication. Finally told me, May 28th, my beautiful 67 MGB will be delivered by the 30th. The 31st I find out through a police officer that the man delivering the car rolled his truck and put the trailer and my car on it's side. $4000.00 damage to my car. More lies, no communication. In over 14 years in the car business, I've never delt with a more pitiful outfit.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
I would like to hear how they explain this,If you us this shipping company you are the dumbest person in the world.I agreed to a shipment on april 5 after 2 months of me calling over 100 times they only called back after I had my wife call and put on her charm, In that time I did get a few e-mail responds to lead me on for the time telling me that they were going to pick-it up & deiliver it numerous times,the BS they gave me lead to me losing out on my purchase with the company selling it. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
They first were unable to make it to the p/u location before the end of the days normal business hours so it was postponed for a week later. One week later then turned into 2, then 4 and now its been far to long to wait any longer. I have sent several emails and have called and left messages nad no one will reply. We need to locate another carrier for this shipment.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
It has been I have been trying to contact these people for 5 days, probably callec 10 times, left several emails - no responce, they are supposed to call me, never have. I'm sick of dealing with these people. The people waiting for the merchandise are driving me nuts. Please can I have my refund back that I had to put down toward using their serves, it was about $50.00 I'm sure you can see. Thanks -Steven & Renee.

the company you matched me up with (one2anothermovers) never showed up and I had to go with uhaul in order to make my move. So at this time I am requesting a refund on my deposit of $72.36. thanks kate murray

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
An agreement was made to ship my king size mattress set within a flexible yet reasonable timeframe. My deposit of about $38 dollars was charged to my credit card and contact was made to begin arranging a suitable time for pickup. The company made it clear they were in IL every week and we could schedule the pickup time at my earliest convenience and to contact them when I am ready. Within two weeks I tried several times by phone and e-mail to schedule pickup but no one ever contacted me back.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Scheduled to pick up May 2nd. On that day there were some problems with a truck, they were over-booked, they were too busy, etc. so I agreed they could reschedule at their convenience. I was patient and nice. I left messages for 2 weeks kindly reminding them they had not provided service and to this day (May 22) I have still not heard from them and they have never rescheduled a pick up date. I said pickup was flexible but I have been in a house without furniture for almost a month. BBB contacted

Response from one2anothermovers: refused to let us unload it.. we are in middletown and he is welcome to come get it.. he owes a bill of 350.. he can fix it and keep the 350 and let us know how much more we owe for damage..
