DO NOT USE THIS MOVER...HORRIBLE!!!!!! Arrived 2 hours late to load my belongings and showed up by himself, expecting help moving my things. Completely unprofessional, unprepared, and had no idea how to move furniture or load it into a truck. It looked like jenga in the back of the truck not properly stacked. The arrival of my belongings to my destination was pushed back 4 times. Eventually they were delivered 60 days later once I threatened legal action. Belongings dirty and damaged! NEVER USE!

THE GUYS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND DID A GREAT JOB. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF DELAYS BECAUSE OF A FOOT OF SNOW--SO UNDERSTANDABLE. WOULD USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.

The price for my move was good. Mover flexible. I do have some areas of caution about this mover. I purchased a brand new matress set a couple of months ago and when I went to inspect my goods I found that the mattress was dragged on the floor and now it is dirty, scuffed, and there is even a hole. This is not acceptable, especially because I took the time to wrap all of my items in plastic wrap so this type of incident did not occur. Overall netural about move, not happy about bed

DO NOT USE! My experience w Swoft incorporated from day of pickup(January 24) through day of delivery(January 26) was HORRIBLE! On the day of pickup, he stated by email that he would arrive BY 1030, actually 1230pm late. Arrived 14hours late to delivery and caused my condo association to fine me as he arrived past delivery allowed time, he was rude& DEMANDED GAS$$ transfer& accused me of causing his OVERDRAFT to his account to deliver my goods. Unreliable,unprofessional&furniture arrived damaged

Bishop was fantastic, worked well with the delivery under changing circumstances, and was extremely fast. A very hard worker, and his price was great. Would definitely recommend him, and use him again!

Wow,least expected this. You told me u were not in a rush to receive your stuff and I told u it would be delivered before the end of the month. This I did as promised. We went through several snow, got stuck for 3hours and all these I communicated to you. I really do not know where this is coming from because if you were not comfortable with our arrangement we would have been told. Lastly, there were no threat what soever rather we just were fulfilling our part of the bargain as agreed

Original contract stated delivery date of Dec. 17th. I didn't receive until Jan. 30th. I told you I needed my things by the end of December. There was never any snow for my pickup date in December so that is no excuse and showing up alone expecting help is unacceptable. You were not late on the day on my delivery so I don't know what you are talking about snow and stuck for 3 hours. I told you several times I wasn't comfortable with you having my belongings for that length in an unknown place.

We sincerely took care of your stuff on delivery to the storage. Perhaps when your storage was changed to another unit, the guys your mum asked to performed the move didn, pay attention. So sorry to hear about this. In any case thanks you were so nice.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper was suppose to pick up car on the 25th as agreed upon in the bid. Shipper was to let seller know when car was to be picked up, i am 1400 miles away and have no control over the pick up which i told him on the phone, tried to give him the sellers info, which he allready had. I want a full refund not a refund plus a credit. This is the 2nd time ive had this shipment cancelled due to shipper problems.

I was never able to confirm that the person to move my table was a professional.
