Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services.
I didn't BRING ANYTHING to Montana, We do have 3 trucks and 2 Single car Trailers, and 1 Two car Trailer and Three employees (with one still on road). If you look at comments Before Bid was accepted we discussed Trailer length. My Trailer was not large enought, so I tried to get another trailer, unsuccessfully. I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
We have made numerous attempts to contact client by phone and email with no response. The shipment said asap and we were prepared to leave as soon as possible to accomidate the clients request. After several days of no response from the shipper, we are forced to make other arrangnemts in our schedule to meet commitments to our other clients. Thank you , William (ssat)
