Very honest and professional transporter. Eventhough there was a misunderstanding with the supplier, which to my point of view it was 90% the suppliers' fault, they reacted very fast to correct the problem and take the engines to its correct final destination within just a couple of days. Supplier filled the B/L with incorrect point of destination, and the only detail for next time is that transporter should have followed my instructions as I was their client. Definitely would work again.

a professional outfit with a very personal style. I felt like I was talking to my neighbor, they called me left clear messages, picked up the phone when I called, sent me the tracking number for the shipment, called me before delivery then driver called before delivery, as good as it could be in every way. all this and very inexpensive given the distance. I highly recommend to all. Uship is not just private individuals its also very dedicated professional people. Oldgloryfreight is fantastic.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The Seller of the item was not there for pick-up attempt. Weeks have went by and Seller has not replied to service provider (Old Glory) and has not returned calls. Seller has backed out on deal and refunded money for purchased item. I have emails from everyone involved if you need them for your records. Thank you for your help.

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped The service provider was excellent in all ways. My problem arose with the seller of the item I was having shipped. He continually made excuses and gave out misinformation as to why the item could not be picked up. I am cancelling and will look into recoarse with Ebay & Paypal if refund is not sent from seller.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider wants item on pellet. There is no pellet or banding equipment. The ebay auction is also to be canceled as seller is not ready to prepare generator the way shipper/truck driver wants. All parties are ok with this solution. Will look for another generator.

The shipment was quoted at the wrong class in my absence. I notified Mark and told him that I would not be able to run this shipment at the price quoted. I wanted to be honest with him and not just run his shipment and then charge him a higher rate just to get his business. Mark was very understanding
