Just a chill guy in the bay area looking to haul some stuff within California. I have a '70s era Blazer - it is equivalent to a light truck. I can haul smaller items in the blazer cargo bay and tow larger/heavier items. The Blazer is 4-wheel drive and has good ground clearance as well as a locker. Meaning if your item is out in a muddy pasture without flat road access, no problem for me. I can haul 5,000 lb max with a 450 lb tongue weight; that is anything smaller than a fullsize truck. I have been driving this Blazer for the past 20 years and I have completed numerous hauls in everything from blizzards over the I-80 summit to 110 deg F shots down the I-5. I built the engine and reconditioned the vehicle; the mechanical aspects are solid and the engine is strong. I keep a full toolbox and an air compressor. I do not have a trailer so I rent as needed.
