All atempts were made to make delv., we went 3 1/2 hrs out of the way to pickup snowmobile. Shipper did not have payments made to sell and seller would not release unit. We agreed to wait overnight and stay at motel until payment arived the next day, and that did not happen. We then proceeded with our normal schedule,and said we could do at a latter date, no time specified. Since this time we have endured a tornado and other losses. This was stated to client and agreeded to later delv. no date.
