The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time day of pickup they never showed or returned any of my 4 phone calls. I flew 2,000+ miles to move. plans were made 3 weeks in advance. Plenty of time to back out. why wait until the last day?

The shipment was delayed picking up and delivering it on time. There was damages to the merchandise. The movers were negligent with merchandise. Failed to communicate. Refuses to work out problems.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The pickup time had been rescheduled for many times. The shipper claimed to have called and arrived at my door at last before the final transport, but I did not receive such claimed phone calls nor heard any knocks on the door.

The service provide insisted on unwrapping the skids that the boxes were loaded on. One skid was left intact at the pick-up location, and was then unwrapped by the service provider somewhere along the way. I found this to be unprofessional. Some boxes were open when we received them, and almost all of them were crushed and bent when they arrived. The service provider also arrived 1 day later then arranged.

This customer asked a sign an agreement that we would she would ship 150 boxes which it stated in the ad. Got upset because we wanted a box count. We signed customer shipped over 180 Items never paid a penny more for it but is upset because we wanted an accurate count. We arrived a day late due to the weather which we have no control over. The shipper sent the boxes open and we wanted to cancel because of all the problems but she say it not a problem then leaves this commit.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I emailed this nyexpress, giving him a name as shipper, He went ahead to make an appointment to both end, and telling me that will pickup on Oct 7. But now he suddenly saying sth like that. I has called nyexpress, told david that we did not know there is regulation regarding with shipper, willing to use another name as shipper, but he did not want to listen. obviously using it as excuse to deny shipping. If he really want to do it, he should tell us this is an issue, we will change accordingly

They moved a china cabinet for me very last minute and were easy to work with. Fair price, great service. I would recommend.

Your Building is the one in the back right on the dock... Your apartment 416 has a candle lit light above the door.. One of the other tenents gave us access to the building since your name was not in the directory.. Yes we were there you wasnot and we could not keep coming back as we tried this for the customer twice

Response from laurasistas: Please be accurate about number of items shipped. The box count at delivery was 150 boxes, plus 1 trunk, 5 large plastic totes, 2 wrapped clothes racks, and 4 sets of stackable bins. Our agreement was for 150 boxes, the trunk, totes, and misc items. Please do not exaggerate by saying that there were "over 180 items".

That is Fraudulent and totally against DOT regulations.. He is a third party and wants us to tell his customers that we shipped this from China.. We are not licensed for over seas shipments and cannot and will not produce any fraudulent documents.
