I was promised a delivery date that was not met...in fact, after 3 weeks of them telling me that the truck will be picked up "tomorrow" i decided to switch companies. Now i am trying to get my money back because they broke the contract...they will not return my phone calls...i might have to go see a lawyer about this.

Response from nwixson: Unfortunately, this customer would contact our office and the driver at least 10-15 times per day. We, or our drivers update our customer's at least twice daily on the status of the load. When some customer's call continuously, it causes the driver to stop in many cases, pull over, only to tell the customer the same information he gave them an hour prior. DO NOT deal with them my car was a day later than promised and when it got there one of their other cars had leaked oil all over my car instead of saying sorry there driver said it was no big deal and hes not responsible took me 2 days to get oil off and these jackasses never compinsated me as they said they would no communication you have to call a dozen times to get an answer to anything and they wont call you back for nothing, overall a poor excuse for a shipping business

Overall I am pleased with how everything turned out. First time using USHIP. Took a little longer than I expected to get vehicle picked up but shipping was a 1 day turnaround and both Nancy and Gio were great to talk to. I will use them again in the future.
