About the Company: NW Gazebos builds Western Red Cedar gazebos in kit form. Our customers are generally spa dealers so shipments go to businesses with forklifts. We make our own pallets and usually ship them in one piece approx. 48" x 102" x 72" high. The package is covered in plastic and then shrink wrap. We also make some garden products such as planters and benches.

Claim is pending Response from NDDFreight: The product was damaged by the carrier. We are doing everything we can on our end to help facilitate the claim but LTL claims can take awhile to process. These things happen I hope we can switch this to a neutral after the claim has been paid out.
