A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Lack of communication, made promises they didn't keep, had to provide paperwork to prove I had stated the job correctly in order not to be penalized 10 percent. Recieved calls to pick up my Steinway even after we agreed to cancel the job. it was not a good experience for me! Must be a fluke since all their ratings are positive...except me.

Nationwide Delivery Systems were professionals. They were easy to contact and they stayed in communication with us during the move. They packed up the dresser w/ mirror & marble very well and unpacked it at its destination; it received no damage. They were very prompt for pick up and delivery, arriving within the one hour time frame they scheduled with us several days ahead. The only unforeseen expense was the $50 to carry the dresser up the front stairs of the house at its destination

Great job! Good communication throughout. Great wrapping and protection of my piano. No complaints. Probably could have used one more person to help move the piano in, but I was willing and able to lend a hand. Very professional and responsive.

Very happy with the service provided, delivered in a timely manner, well packed and pleasant people to deal with. Only suggestion would be to give more warning that the delivery date is approaching, heard from them when arranging for shipping and then the next time was on the Wednesday before the Saturday delivery.

Good service and overall experience. Easy communication and payment methods. Unit arrived in good condition and well protected. Employees courtious and friendly. This move went perfectly--the people on the phone were super friendly and accommodating, and my piano arrived in good condition. It was not an easy haul up four flights of stairs, but now my piano has ended its trip from Michigan to California and I feel like I barely had a lift a finger to make it happen. Thanks!!

NW Delivery was really great! They picked up promptly, packed and wrapped everything with care and delivered as promised. Only some minor damage on one item. I highly recommend them. They are responsive, flexible, friendly and reliable.
