A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
the movers truck only arrive in Los Angeles, CA once every month after the 17th... in my description i did say i needed the items moved BY the 4th of Feb... today is the 16th.. i no longer need services.. the moving company appear to have nice people but schedules are not matching.. logistics are difficult to maintain by both parties.

I was very satisfied with my experience with these folks - they were pretty good about communicating, arrived when they said they would, and transported a fragile vintage cabinet with glass windows across the country without a scratch! I would definitely use them again...

I cannot say enough good things about this service! my shipment arrived on time & in immacualte condition. I worked with several diff people at the company and all were friendly and helpful. The driver, Greg, even helped assemble the furniture once delviered. I'm so glad I used Nationwide and would recommend them to anyone! Cheers to them!

NW Delivery communicated poorly - did not email me as requested and called when I was not reachable by phone causing a delay in pickup. They then proceeded to take 5 weeks to deliver - well outside of the promised delivery time. Main contact person did not return repeated phone calls to update me on delivery schedule. No attempt was made to rectify the delay.

Response from nwdelivery: Normally customers will have an additional phone to contact , this person did not relay an addtional number there was no way to get a hold of the customer, there for it would have held up our truck for addtional coast which could not but incurred...
