This is crazy, the customer has been communicating with our office and has our office manager's private email. I've tried to reach them now for 4 days to discuss further details with them, and cannot reach them either by their new phone number or their email. They have my phone number and email address, and have not contacted me in return. I cannot entrust so valuable a shipment to them.
