The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Poor or No communication.Left me hanging for over a week. No excuse if you can't perform at least call.
Response from ljshipping:
we were pulling a custemers trailer and it broke we were late and tried to keep in touch. thier was no one in wa. at the pick up. he wanted us to wait 2days we have other deliveries and couldnt wait he got mad.we told him it could be in a few days later
