A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
My grandfather passed away this weekend, arrangements next week in Nebraska. This is a copy of what I sent to the client: Unfortunately some bad news, my grandfather has lost his battle with his thyroid this weekend and I will be traveling to Nebraska to be with family this coming week.
