Shipment delivered well, however several problems. Quote was under full-truckload category and the provider increased bid by 20% due to somehow not knowing it was a full truckload. Also poor communication, I had to call several times to get this shipment picked up finally. Once the shipment was underway however it was safely and rapidly delivered.
