The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
This customer was being dishonest and had 33 more stuff than he listed. We could not put all of them in our truck.

Honest Moving is anything but honest. They lied about why they could not show up on the date they had promised. When they finally arrived they demanded $500 more to finish the move. There were not any more items then indicated in the listing and when I asked Honest Moving to describe the additional items, they could not. The movers were rude, unprofessional and moved all of the stuff into the street and then left it there. Honest Moving will not return my phone calls or deal with this situation.
