The Service provider shared with me a whole long story of how he has a pickup truck and a flatbed trailer and lives in Kentucky. He said he would come to Alpharetta, GA to pick up my vehicle. He also stated that since Alpharetta was out of of his way, he requested that I pay him 350USD via Western Union. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We spoke on the phone one night and he was to contact me 2 hours before arriving. He was aware of the very short notice and was okay with that. He first said he would come first thing in the morning. After talked on the phone we agreed to wait until the afternoon so he could get a full night of rest. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service Provider emailed today stating that a situation had come up and he was prevented from traveling to my pickup location. He had previously stated that he was driving x-country on another job to my location and then would pick up my shipment. That job cancellation is also posted. His email came after a few days of back-and-forth due to him being unsure about the truck job for financial reasons and hence my job. This uncertainty came after he had submitted a very eager bid.
