I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
I emailed a contract to Teresa right away, as well as called her for additional info on the pick up (needed a contact number for the pick up location) to arrange pickup. She called me back a day or two later, said she'd call me right back with the phone number to the Detroit location so I could contact them to make arrangements for pick up, and I've never heard from her again.
