Love motorcycles, love aircraft even more. Currently serving in the United States Air force. I travel alot, and I try to bring my bike with me as much as possible. I did not show up at agreed upon date and time He said every thing was OK, then an hour later cancelled on me. He is not a man of his word.

Shipper called my roomate at the pick up location, left voicemail, "im calling about the uhhh suzuki motorcycle, the uhhh G S X R 1000 to pick it up for shipment". Old roomate returned phone call immediately and shipper did not answer nor return phone call. Was not about to let my bike be shipped by the lowest bidder with no insurance this unprofessional.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Shipper was supposed to pick up motorcycle on wednesday, April 9th and deliver motorcycle Saturday, April 12th. After trying to contact shipper, shipper contacted me back Friday, April 11th, in order to pick up motorycle Saturday, April 12th with no set delivery date. Completely unprofessional.

This customer was dishonest and did not communicate about the time frame. Then at the last minute when I was in route he cancelled with no call to me. I lost over $150.00 in gas $ because he did not let me know. A total disappointment of bad business manners.
