I have been driving for 25 years with no accidents. In my 25 years driving I have driven everything from Bobtails, RV's to everyday cars & trucks. I currently work for AT&T and have been employed with them for almost 4 years so I do not do this for a living but find completing matches through uship as a great way to see the country at the same time provide a needed service to anybody seeking transport. I consider myself to be extremely professional as my background includes several years in a customer service oriented environment. Nick is a driver, not a hauler. He drove my truck from No. Cal to Las Vegas; called me several times to keep me informed (where he was, how things were going). I would use him again, no doubt about it. Nice guy, great service, great price.

At first communication was a problem, not sure if it was our phones or just a timing issue, but we got better at it as the shipment got ready to ship. Over all a great transaction. We had a problem with a blow out and they fixed the problem quickly and got back on the road to deliver my RV as soon as possible. GREAT TRANSACTION!!

Very, Very disappointed. He was driving someone's SUV, pulling someone elses boat & then offered to bring us our items. He wasn't able to bring everything & still charged us $500 when he said he would lower it to $400 if he couldn't bring everything. In addition we have never received our $100 from USHIP. Overall a very disappointing experience and poor service from Nick. We would never recommend him or UShip to anyone.

I placed a bid on the storage unit site unseen accepting the owners estimate of weight and contents of the storage unit. The weight listed in the shipment is 460lbs total. The actual weight of the unit was upwards of 2500lbs consisting of 20 Dell computer boxes weighing 100 each and several peices of furniture. Incredibly fast, reliable! I would HIGHLY recommend. Not only did he provide friendly and speedy delivery, but volunteered to transport some extra items! I am dying to use this shipper again.

This service provider gives excellent service, communicates well and goes beyond the expected performance level. He demonstrates integrity, a concern for safety and a good working knowledge of auto mechanics. I would not hesitate to contact him for a future auto transport. He delivered the car in good condition and was very professional in his approach to this task.

I no longer needed the item(s) shipped I expected the service provider to use an open trailer to transport my vehicle, but at the last minute asked for my insurance to cover his travel in my vehicle instead of an open trailer to my destination. So, thats why the service provider cancelled the bid.

In my initial bid I stated that my bid was for driving the vehicle to your desired destination. It is regretful that there is not an option for service providers to choose a driveaway option as the type of service offered but I think you will find that in the bid I did clearly state that my bid was for driving. The insurance coverage is always through the vehicle's registered owner when a vehicle is being driven. The insurance industry regulates insurance coverage.
