Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time.
"REASON: I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period"
This is incorrect. I have been in constant email & cell phone contact with Shipper.
"The service provider had problem with her trailer but she never informed us and i had to call her so many times and she never returned my call and after my last attempt to call her finally her assistant picked up the phone and told me what is going on. by then it was too late and we had to beg our friends to help us out."
