I arrived at the pickup where clients brother and two friends were to meet me to load items. Clients brother never showed up. Drove 450 miles for NOTHING. Then the client has the nerve to leave negative feedback for his own no-show. Clients deposit does not even cover my expenses for his failed pickup.

I have tried to coordinate a pick up with this shipper for the past two months and he returned my calls days after, if at all, taken my deposit and not contacted me about rescheduling, and has made every excuse in the book of why it the pick up is taking so long or why it is not done. Ed or Steve (which ever one he goes by) is someone that I would not do business with.
