After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
After placing 3 bids and waiting for the customer to accept, he finaly accepted last night and we spoke on the phone. This morning he cancelled with the excuse that I am all over the country. Being across the country is part of the job. He wants his stuff moved cross country. I feel that he has found another provider for a cheaper price and will not return my emails. I do not feel that he should be able to get out of this contract that easy or without some kind of charge.
