Customer confirmed shipment is actually a Residential, limited access type location requiring a straight truck with liftgate. Service rate as quoted is therefore invalid & not applicable due to miss-information. Customer should re-list shipment with corrected particulars.

Once we booked it we tried to call the shipper, but the phone number he listed was disconnected. We also e-mailed him, which he responded to and said he would get back with a pickup address in a couple of days. He did not get back with us and did not respond to our subsequent e-mails. We have not heard from him since.

Unfortunately seller's location was a residential / limited access type location requiring a liftgate thereby voiding accepted service bid. Apart from this, an excellent customer to work with as one for being familiar with prescribed carrier booking and shipping process with prompt email exchanges following bid acceptance. ... maybe next time ... Did not wanted to take the risk. I need to relist and get a different towing company that has a flatbed or license plate tage for transportation.

Upon acceptance of the bid, we immediately and repeatedly attempted to contact him and only got voice mail, and no return of our call. Several e-mails were sent to him over a span of several days to no avail. It is upsetting that our 100% feedback has cancellations listed for jobs we wanted to do but could not complete due to irresponsible shippers!
