I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment In order to book a pick up, it is only necessary that we have payment information on file, without this, it would be impossible to do business. Thanks

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Was not able to reach service provider after bid was accepted. Service provider then wanted additional deposit by way of credit card info prior to any arrangement of pickup. Service provider stated that original deposit was for Uship only, which contradicted the uship web site.

As a business, we must ensure that our carriers are paid for. When we ask for CC info, it is just as if you were paying for an item online. You provide info, and when the item ships you are billed. This is a fairly common practice in the world of business. Thank you.
