Love the carrier just a pleasure to work with, the other negative ratings are because they couldnt put a load together for some of our other loads. Sucks they got them, they are amazing to us. We used them in the past on another dispatch system not as amazing as USHIP of course but they are unbeatable from a safety and business level. They truly are your best friend while they are moving your second most valuable possession

shipper was very cooperative and on time; slight damage to cedar chest which was not covered with blanket and made secure in the rear of the van; will be filing a small insurance claim; please advise how to proceed once i receive an estimate

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The equipment was not ready to ship within a specific period and it is not cost worthy to dead head 500 miles for that kind of pay. Also uship is showing alot more loads getting alot more.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper agreed to pickup the boat on the 15th, but he never showed up. I call and he then said it would have to wait until the 19th. On the 19th said he still couldn't do it and he could pick it up on the 22nd. We can't wait any longer. TERRIBLE SHIPPER! BE WARNED
