John was a wonderful transporter and very caring about the comfort of the cats. In fact I queried them both and neither had anything bad to say about their trip! He was a pleasure to deal with.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the shipper wrecked his truck and after one month of waiting his truck was still not fixed and i ended up getting the item myself.the shipper said he would send notice to you about cancel.

Absolutely the best. My animals arrived in very good condition. John showed the utmost concern for the benefit of the animals in so many ways. A very nice man who really cared about getting the job done promptly, carefully and professionally. I can't praise him enough. My daughter will use his services when she moves after the first of the year. Superior animal transportation.
