The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
After delaying the original date for the service provider and then asking him if the snow woul dbe an issue, he confimrmed that it wouldnt and he would be to complete the transaction. He then asked to do him a favor and give deposit for gas. He stated we could meet at midday, 6pm he finally made it and I gave him 200 and he stated he was on his way. 4 hours later, he staed he was approc 1 hour from the starting town and he couldnt complete because of weather. This whole transcation and delay

The couple who delivered my bike for me were very nice and did a good job of keeping me up to date on the status of the shipment process. I am pleased with the service they have provided me and would call upon them again if there ever was need for another shipment.

Response from newhaul: Phil,why did you leave such a nasty feedback score,When our waterpump went out on our way to get the trees you said not a problem these things happen,schucks sent us the wrong pump so we were a little delayed.but we did get the trees,the trees were not loaded as per requested so we had to spend a few hours reloading the heavier trees to the front on our trailer.we called and kept you informed if you had a problem with us you should of said something?we did the job even weighing14k 4k over limit.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
Shipper changed shipping price, didn't communicate with us, didn't arrive at the agreed date and time to pick up shipment.
Our shipping listing was not misrepresented. In our communication with the shipper, we specifically said that we weren't sure exactly how much it wieghed or how much room it would take. They responded by saying that they knew alot about moving Christmas trees, and would take an additional trip at their expense if they didn't all fit on their big trailer.
