Newera did a good job of putting together the transportation, but the driver/equipment they used was a disaster and I would not use him again.

Driver was given a delivery address of the dealer that financed the item, not the address we provided on U-Ship. Not a huge deal, it just took an extra day to receive item. We would use shipper again, but just make sure driver was given correct delivery address.

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Once again a BROKER low balled the bid taking a chance that they could find someone to ship it. When they couldn't find someone they made up every excuse in the book from holiday weekend to hurricane. Bottom line is they wasted my time and money and didn't honor their bid. An honorable business would make it happen at the price they quoted and pay the difference if they were upside down. I wouldn"t recommend this broker to anyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he wants a cheap price the n you have to wait til i can get it moved if you want to pay for better service pay more you begged for this price funny thing is most of the truckers knew what this freight was and did not want to move it for him wonder why

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The company I ordered carpet rolls from is not ready with my order because of the holiday, Now I need to order more rolls and the driver cannot accommodate my shipment plus the date changed b/c of this delay I want to cancel the shipment now and come back later.
