Terrible service... The machine left my home standing up completely assembled. I was very clear that the machine needed to be standing up becaue of the weight. When the machine was delivered the tv and display board was disassembled and the machine was laying on it's side in the back of his pick up truck. the machine weight over 500 pounds and he could not stand it back up somy customer had to get neighbors to help stand it back up. Machine was scraped up very bad and screws were missing..

Mr.Nirsch,together we loaded machine on back of my truck.I desassembled the display because of the rain,debries etc.put it in truck one nut was missing,customer said not to worry about it.The machine was barely leanin maybe 40 deg,on a pallet with 3" thick foam under it.Help was already there remember it weighs 500lbs,i'm not superman.I left'im my e-mail to give me delivery address never did his customer called me.He never called me about this problem i called him he knows i'm rigt.
