The shipper seems very honest and usually reliable, but was unable to help me. I am disappointed but would consider using them in the future. Response from CRI123: THE TRUCK DRIVER HAD HIS SON WITH HIM. THE SON GOT SICK AND THE DRIVER NEEDED TO HEAD ON HOME.THE CUSTOMER WAS CONTACTED WITH IN A FEW HOURS AFTER ACCEPTING THE BID AND TOLD OF THE PROBLEM.WE OFFERED TO MAKE IT UP TO HIM AND HE HAS ACCEPTED OUR OFFER AND WE ARE DOING A SHIPMENT FOR HIM FOR DRIVERS PIC/DROP FEES ONLY.????
