Rating: Cancellation Left for: calliy (7) On: 9/6/2008 For: 2003 GEM Electric Vehicle	I no longer need my item(s) shipped I had previousely contracted with another hauler outside UShip to move the GEM vehicle from NM to OR, and he had to cancel because another shipper had cancelled on him. He then was able to rearrange his load to accomodate my vehicle and was able to pick it up today(9/6). He was already in Albuquerque so I felt it was only right to allow him to complete our original contract. I would not have made the UShip arrangements if he had notified me about 2 hours earlier. Sorry for any inconvenience

Kept a positive outlook throughout even when his vehicle was acting up. Highly recommend. Will use again. Response from thetransportguy2: Thanks for letting me haul your really cool electric car from Houston to Oregon. PS- My truck wasn't acting up...I hit something in the road and got 2 trailer flats just before delivering his car causing me to be a couple of hours late. Oh well. Stuff happens on the long trips sometimes.

Russ, the dispatcher, was always available by cell phone and kept me informed of the trucks progress as it made its way across the U.S. Jacob, the driver, delivered the vehicle in perfect shape and even helped me out by taking the time to drive my other vehicle to another location, and then I drove him back to his truck. A very rewarding experience. Honest, reliable, and good humored. My hearty thanks to go both of them. Rating: Cancellation Left for: PowerSeller (-5) On: 2/18/2008 For: Other Makes	The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Mr. Tibbetts has proven himself to be a very dishonest person, contracting with many people including myself and not following through with providing any service whatsoever. I gave him the benefit of doubt and tried to trust him, but he kept on giving me misinformation and never picked up my vehicle. I had never shipped a vehicle before and he took advantage of my lack of experience. I paid him $644.00 up front which now he won't refund. He even said he would refund it back in December but h Response from PowerSeller: Sorry for the trouble and delays I've caused everyone. 2-2008 Ford F450's both junk at $50,000 each...Please call with any questions about shipping or refunds [phone number removed] Jim
