After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer It was our 1-st time, when we use "Book it now" option, when we spoke with a customer he said, that he did not make his final decision yet and he will consider us as a possible service provider. Looks like he is not sure, if he will use our services. Also, there is not enough customer information, that is why we are not comfortable with this customer and asking for a full refund of our deposit. Thanks, 1stMoving

Shipment was a "book it now" and it fell through. Another book it now that was a waste of time. Shipper should know if they want to move or not before listing, to avoid wasting everyone's time and also his own.
