Worst experience of my long history of global relocations. Terrible or no communication (same problem as other customers), days of delays at pick-up and delivery, lots of breakage and “missing” items that went on the *Penske* truck on one end and then were mysteriously gone on the other ($1,400 damage) - and THEY threatened to involve police just based on my emails reporting lost and damaged items! Suspended by uShip for a good reason – to protect customers from this shady shipping “company”.

What this client forgot to mention was how we had to rearrange our shipment to accomodate her pick up, the person on the other end was on vacation not allowing us to pick up...when we got there there was three times the listed items....when we called to tell her she laughed and said had no idea what was in the unit...now she is stating that items are missing....she is trying to get her move for free there was nothing left on the truck after her deliver it was empty she was the last drop off....S
