The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time This service provider did not pick up the vehicle during the esimated pickup window. Several attempts to contact this service provider via phone and email resulted in absolutely no response, The customer service is appalling: none of the voice mails or emails that I sent were returned. Meanwhile my vehicle was left in limbo while I am paying for a rental car. Don't deal with these people - they are just brokers who bid on work then if they can't find someone to do the job, they disappear.

The shipment was completed but the timing was not as contracted. Everything arrived in good condition. Service, though slow, was good. I would use again....if timing was not an issue.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Service provider insisted on me paying another deposit even though Uship had already collected the deposit from me.This is a violation of uship rules and I no longer feel comfortable with thiscprovider

Uship charges a deposit and he thought that the deposit they were charging goes to us and we were charging it again. The customer was very short and didn't seem to want to understand that was not the case.
