I no longer need my item(s) shipped Tim, I apologize for the cancellation, it was out of my control, the tractor dealer shipped the tractor overseas by mistake and we did not know this until you called Jim to schedule the pickup. You were great and professional trying to schedule pickup and delivery. I'm really sorry for this and I will keep you in mind for the next pickup. Thank you very much.
