The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped This shipment was accepted as a "Book-It-Now". I made several attempts to contact this customer with no response. I finally managed to contact him by telephone on 3/12/2009 & was advised that the "deal fell through". A customer should not be allowed to use the "Book-It-Now" option unlkess the shipment is actually readily available for shipment!! I want U-ship to (1)Cancel this transaction; (2)Refund the money taken from my account for the "Book-It-Now" transaction; (3)NOT count this cancellation

This customer placed a "Book-It-Now" listing for a for a motor scooter which did not even buy! It was only after several (unanswered) e-mails & phone messages that I finally made contact with the shipper and was told that "the deal [to buy the motor scooter] fell through" & that my services were not needed. He made no apology for the inconvenience & lost revenue I encountered by keeping the space open for transport; nor for his lack of contact or failure to notify me. A totally bad situation!!
