Shipper contracted another company without notifying and car was kidnapped for 2 weeks because he did not want to pay them. I paid everything from the start with VISA. I had to deal myself with the new shipper and lost aprox. $600.00. The provider returned the money (not complete) and took aprox. 1 month to collect the money back. BEWARE.

Mr. Pradip, Super Transport has refunded the full amount issued to us by uShip. The storage fees you have accumulated prior to working with us, as well as alternative arrangements you have made with the carrier were outside of our agreement. The carrier who held your vehicle felt your dealings were shady since you were not in the U.S. as you had claimed and the delivery address was a warehouse, instead of "your house" as you had claimed. Car was released once proper info was provided.

This was a very challenging transaction. The vehicle was not exactly as described. It took a long time to get a hold of the customer. Customer did not answer the phone or respond to the voicemails or emails. We were finally provide an 800 number after over 2 weeks and then the communication was stead and we were able to complete the order.

All he stated is that he would get with me when a shipper is found. I have since sent multiple emails with no response. I cannot call since I am overseas.
