This company is a dispatcher. They are not the shipper. Very disorganized and didn't even know my car had been picked up, let alone when it would be delivered. Discovered these facts because I looked into from the seller of the car and they let me know who picked it up and their contact information. Too many middle men using Uship and this provider.

I am going to give this experience on a scale of 1 to 10 around a 7. Truck was picked up late and delivered late but overall it was delivered. The delivery time was at 9pm at night when it was supposed to be around 3pm when contacted. Communication needs some improvement for answering the phones and updates as to where the shipment is at.

When I listed online, I received many, many phone calls from people not even affiliated with you company. I did not know what to do. I let the auction expire. Next I called to list the auction on the phone for pickup, and every thing went perfect, not even a single call. I was given a number to call If I had any problems or questions, very positive experience. This lady was and is awesome. Thanks Forgot about the delivery of vehicle, received in 2 days. Cant get any better!!!!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Service provider will not return phone calls. He was sent e-mail by uship and still has not responded.He lacks being truthfull about ship times and dates even though I was fexible at his request for pick up giving him more than enough time to pickup and deliver. In the beginning he would return calls then stopped.I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This provider is not serious about doing business, he did not pick up the car from it's location in the time frame provided in the contract. After two weeks from the pick date we contacted him his excuse was that he did not have trucks going to that area. And he complained about the price. He promised then that he is going to pick it up ten days after that he still did not do it. His other excuse was that is going to cost him about $500.00 to bring it and he did not have the money.
