No Detailed Feedback Available Delivered the items and never got paid, but kept saying he would pay. Then he quite answering. We tried to give him chances. Had to get copy's of emails and info from receiving party. Finally able to file criminal charges today. BEWARE OF THIS GUY UNTIL HE IS SERVED JUSTICE

We were never contacted and we were not able to contact them when we tried to contact we never received a email back or a reply to voicemails so thats funny they left us bad feedback

That is crap and you know it. This guy called me and scheduled pick up one week then called back day of pickup and said we will pick up the next friday, never picked up, never called me back, never did anything.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The item in question was misrepresented it weighs 1500 lbs not 800 and the pickup does not have a way to load and also the welder is sitting on a rim on one side

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The pictures clearly show the tire is flat on the welder, and that was the reason given for it not being picked up. I was told that there would be a tractor or the owners pickup to help load. I have been in touch with the owner and was told that they showed up and said that their trailer wasn't big enough. The welder could weigh 1500lbs. 800lbs was just a guess.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper's condition to accepting my shipment was it had to be picked up on Friday. We spoke and he said it ould be around 6 pm; I took off work early to accommodate him and waited until 8:30 when he told me he didn't have room on his truck. He was willing to accept the order but did not know when he would be able to pick it up. I had a friend bring the bed up from my basement and now it'been in my living room for over a week. I will now rent a van and move it myself. I want a cash refund

This is incorrect janice was aware that we may have a full van and it could take up to 20 days to deliver her items she didnt want to wait that long so she cancelled,As far as your deposit we dont receive money from your deposit uship does we never received anything

These items were not as described in the picture they posted they were much heavier and bigger machines,Also we were not able to get in contact with this shipper no communication on their part
